Finally Spring in Des Moines!

Spring has arrived in Des Moines! Finally an entire day with no ran and the thermometer reading over 60 degrees. For those of you who don’t live in Iowa right now it basically has been raining (or snowing depending on where you live) for a few weeks now daily and I believe we were all worried spring would seriously never arrive! They planted some new tulips outside my loft in the East Village just out of downtown Des Moines so I had to snap some photos of the gorgeous tulips, the new buds on the trees and the sweet new landscaping job out in my doorway.

Welcome spring weather! I would be okay just skipping to summer though..

Amy + JM Married | Carroll Iowa Wedding Photographers

Amy and JM’s wedding took place in Carroll Iowa towards the end of August. The sky was a vivid blue and the dance they had afterward was full of pure awesomeness. we started our day with them at the church where JM sent Amy some gorgeous roses with a romantic little note. After the ceremony we traveled around to several local bars in the Carroll area and then off to the reception where we captured some wonderful dance photos.undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefined
