Living in East Village (downtown Des Moines East of the River for those of you non-Des Moines residents) is seriously is amazing! So great to be able to just step out the front door of my loft and snap photos of the Iowa Capital and skyline of Des Moines any night I please.

Tonight I had a great engagement session here in Des Moines with Megan and Bryan. Oh my what to say about these two! You both just make me laugh and smile so much! I went to college with Megan at Buena Vista and shortly after she moved to Des Moines a few years ago she and Bryan started dating.
My favorite moment of their session was shortly after this photo was taken. In an attempting to make them both laugh a bit I suggested Bryan whisper something dirty in Megan’s ear. Well…what he said had her literally in tears crying with laughter! So obviously I just had to ask what on earth he said to her to have her laughing that hard. Well he said “Kitchen.” Haha! Hope you got your kitchen cleaned tonight. 😛
