View from my loft last night here in East Village. Fall in Iowa I must say has some gorgeous sunsets! Wish I would have been about 5 min earlier and caught the killer orange/yellow mix more that was going on last night over the downtown Des Moines skyline. Regardless how lovely is this!

I took the 400mm f/4 and 1Ds mk III we had for the last two weeks out for some night test shots on Thursday around the loft in East Village. This is shot from the parking lot on East 5th Street. Holy cow definitely not used to so much reach!
