Spring is finally here in Iowa! The grass is green and the tulips (here in East Village where I work) are blooming. After one of the worst winters that I can remember having an 80 degree day in the middle of April is amazing! I went for a run last night and afterward it was so gorgeous out so I headed on over to a grassy field by my condo to snap a few pictures!

There is a dead end road just by my place in Grimes that I would love to shoot a few pics at an engagement session at sometime in the near future.

The natural light last night just plain rocked! This weekend Tanner and I have an engagement session in Pella with a fun couple whom were shooting their wedding this May and can’t wait to take some pics in a new environment. For those of you who don’t know Pella is home to the annual tulip festival and I have been informed that the tulips are in bloom over there!
